Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our small-batch, consumable and personal care products, we have a limited return policy.

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for the following items:

    • Tea blends

    • Steam blends

    • Spices

    • Face masks (dry, unopened)


    To initiate a return, please contact us with your

    • Order number

    • Reason for return.


    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items including:

    • Tinctures

    • Salves

    • Sprays

    • Simple syrups

    • Face oils

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days with your

    • Order number

    • Attached photos


    We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund when eligible

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

    If approved:

    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

    • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped.

  • Please review all ingredient lists carefully before use. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

    If you have concerns, perform a patch test or consult a healthcare professional before use.
