We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for the following items:

• Spices

• Face masks (dry, unopened)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items including:

• Tinctures

• Salves

• Sprays

• Simple syrups

• Face oils

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days with your

• Attached photos

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund when eligible

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not yet shipped.
